As a customer of TechFiltered, I have had a mixed experience. The customer service has been fairly responsive, but the quality of the products is hit or miss. I have had a couple of great purchases where the product was exactly what I expected and worked flawlessly. However, there have also been a few instances where the product arrived faulty or didn't work as intended. Overall, I would rate my experience with TechFiltered as average.
