I must say that I am disappointed with my recent purchase from Universal Office Automation Lt. The printer I bought stopped working after just a few days of use, and despite contacting their customer service, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. The quality of the product and the customer service experience were both below my expectations. I would not recommend Universal Office Automation Lt based on my recent experience.
