I've had mixed experiences with Decker's Word Shop. While their website is user-friendly and their products are generally good, there have been a few issues with customer service. In one instance, my order was delayed without any notification. However, they were responsive when I reached out and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
