I have been a customer of Macsteel International USA Corp. for several years now and I must say their service has been consistently average. While they do deliver on time and have a wide range of products, their customer support is lacking. The staff is not very knowledgeable and it can be quite frustrating when you have specific questions. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to do business with.
