I have been a customer of Tower Support Services for a while now, and I must say their support is average. They respond promptly to my queries and resolve my issues in a satisfactory manner. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the overall quality of their service. Some of their agents lack the technical expertise required to resolve complex issues. They should invest in better training for their support team.
