I had a pretty average experience with Barrows Coal CO INC. Their customer service was okay, nothing exceptional. The company website, barrowsoil.com, was easy to navigate, but I expected better overall. The prices were decent, but I've had better deals elsewhere. Overall, I would rate them as average.
