I've worked 6 years now at an MRP managed building...

I've worked 6 years now at an MRP managed building (1333 H Street NW) and the 5th and 6th floors have always had extreme AC problems especially on weekends and after hours when our business is running 24/7 but MRP (even after its expensive renovation of the building) couldn't seem to fix the temperature controls or air flow. Sometimes it stinks in the office, sometimes it's sweltering hot, sometimes it's so cold we bring out space heaters. Each time, the guards don't seem to know how to attend to the issue and the engineers are not responsive at all it seems after hours. Separately, there were numerous instances over the last 6 years of male facility attendants entering the women's floor bathrooms or gym bathroom without proper notice or any notice to the women inside. I made complaints over the years and finally in 2019 it seems to have made a difference but i lost count over 5 years of the number of times a man entered the bathroom to clean with hardly a knock. I did tweet my complaint once about this and I got an apologetic email from a VP who said he would call but never did...
