I can't speak more highly of the Step Change experience we've just had with Ashton and Ade. A full day with our key management team pulling apart the current public messaging fronting our group's core product offering - which hadn't been working - and strategically reconfiguring it into sound bites and punchy market-specific summaries. To be honest when Ashton presented his findings at the day's end I was blown away. I feel we are now about to take on a new public face that finally represents us. Couldn't recommend Step Change highly enough! Chris
