The 20-point inspection identified several issues that need attention. My car is 10 years old with over 150,000 miles on it. It's had VERY few problems, and I'm hoping it will last another 10 years. I wasn't surprised to hear it was time to replace some bits and pieces, and I'm delighted they did such a thorough job on the inspection. Some of the repairs have already been done, and the car is driving noticeably smoother.

The work already completed was done quickly and everything is working as it should. Communication was EXCELLENT. Jesse let me know exactly what to expect and when the inspection was done, he was very clear and knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done and the costs for each one.
