CUSTOMER: U s #1364 federal credit union is an average company. The services provided by them are satisfactory, but there is nothing outstanding about them. I have been a customer for a couple of years and I haven't faced any major issues, but I also haven't had any exceptional experiences. Overall, they do the job but don't go above and beyond.
