I had my entire HVAC system replaced November 2, 2020. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, clean, and thorough. Very nice crew especially the Lead Tech Mike H. He kept me informed throughout the day. Mike H is fantastic. I only gave CC&H 4 stars mainly because of the Supervisor who showed up at the end of the day/end of job. My new thermostat couldn't read the system. The Supervisor said I don't know what is wrong. We will have to put in a ticket and have a service tech come out to repair it. WHAT???? I just had the system installed today, it isn't even 15 minutes old. Not an acceptable answer!!! Mike however made a point of looking for the problem. Mike said he wouldn't leave until he found the problem...and he did. Thank you Mike. The system takes a little getting used but right now it seems to be fine. I would recommend CC&H and definitely recommend Mike H. JC in Winchester
