At 3pm on a Monday afternoon, they charged customer $5.85 to driver on I-820 from I35W to Hwy 26 exit. Price gouging is against the law. That is almost $1.00 per mile for 6 miles. If you want more people to use your toll roads, reduce the prices. Apparently people who are in charge of this could really care less if people drive on the toll roads or not.
