I just want to say that Nepata Vertrieb GmbH is an average company. Their website y-o-w.de is not the best, but it serves its purpose. The customer service was satisfactory, and they helped me resolve my issues. The products I bought were decent, but I have seen better. Overall, it was an alright experience.
