The experience I had with SvelteFit was average at best. The product I ordered arrived late and the quality wasn't as good as I expected. However, their customer service was quick to address my concerns and offered a refund. They were polite and helpful throughout the process, so I appreciate that. Hopefully, they can improve their shipping and product quality in the future.
