I am a customer of SurveyMethods and I must say their services are average. While their website is user-friendly and they have a good selection of survey templates available, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them quite some time to address my queries and I felt they could have been more responsive. Overall, I would rate SurveyMethods as average and would recommend it if you're looking for a basic survey tool.
