A big thank you to the reception agent this Saturday, September 12 early in the afternoon who managed my panic following an attempted theft at the outside distributor.
She took care of arranging to get the money back into my account.
she told me that these assaults were rife.
On her recommendations, I went to file a complaint, and she told me that these assaults were commonplace.
I think we should favor distributors within agencies
