Yesterday Reeds refused to accept a watch which I had purchased from them for repairs. I've had the watch repaired before through this Reeds store without issue. When pressed for reasoning, the gentleman first explained they had no room to store the watch. Later, he switch explanations saying they had no staff to repair the watch. The store was not busy and I could see jewelers in their service area. And I added I was not expecting the watch back anytime soon, but only wanted to begin the process. I've purchased many nice pieces of jewelry over the years from that store through Robin and earlier Cindy. The gentleman would not even look up my name to review purchase history. I was utterly disappointed because I've never hesitated to purchase in person from companies that also service their product. I want to support that kind of company. Reeds lost a customer yesterday.
