Trying to call your store and being hung up on at ...

Trying to call your store and being hung up on at least 30 times to find if an item is in stock it s not the wild Disney service that I expect. I now have to drive up there three hours to risk to see if you have something in stock because nobody wants to answer your phones at any of your locations. We have had annual passes for years and I own a restaurant this isn t how we treat our customers. Remember the old Disney saying it might not be your fault but it s your problem. Get your phone fixed and help customers out for the amount of money you people charge. This is absolutely ridiculous
