Tamara yoga is a fantastic company. I have been practicing yoga for many years and Tamara yoga has been by far the best yoga studio I have ever been to. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all levels of yogis. The studio space itself is beautiful and calming, making it the perfect place to practice. I highly recommend Tamara yoga to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or try it for the first time.
