My experience with Holidaze was average. While the website was user-friendly and the prices were reasonable, I encountered some issues with my booking. I had trouble reaching customer service, and it took longer than expected to resolve the problems. However, once I was able to speak with someone, they were helpful in resolving the issues. Overall, I would consider using Holidaze again, but with some caution.
