As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Hook line & sinker for quite some time now and I must say, they have provided an average service. The quality of their products is satisfactory but not outstanding. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is decent. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of delivery speed. Overall, it's an average experience.
