My recent experience with My Goodness INC was a mixed one. While the cake I ordered tasted amazing and was delivered promptly, I was disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process. The website interface could be more user-friendly, and the customer service could be more responsive. However, I cannot deny the quality of the cake itself. If they can improve their communication and customer service, I would rate them higher.
