I have been a customer of InsuranceAZ for a few years now and I can confidently say that their service is average. The website, phoenixinsurancebroker.net, is easy to navigate and find information. However, I feel that the customer support could be more responsive. The response time is fine, but sometimes I feel that they could be more helpful in resolving my queries. Overall, I would rate InsuranceAZ as an average insurance company.
