We contacted Atmosphere about helping with a theatrical production, and though they originally said they could help us at a certain price point, the day before our lights were supposed to be delivered they raised our quote by more than $2000. When we tried to asked what we could have for our original quote, they just stopped responding and never followed up, leaving us in a terrible bind. We would not recommend them to anyone for theater lighting due to their non-professional manner.
