Sublime.

Sublime.
Honestly words can not describe. I was lucky enough to be taken here for my 25th birthday and I was blown away. We had not been booked in for the tasting menu which I believe is 6/7 different dishes, we had the a la carte menu (the safer option as I m a fussy eater). Every dish we ate was presented beautifully, the taste of the food was pure quality. Top tip - have a desert with chocolate in. I didn t know this before but Alain Ducasse has his own chocolatier in France!! Whatever I had for desert was what I can only describe as an explosion of chocolate in the mouth. Personally I didn t take to the sommelier, but to be completely honest I have a hard time with most of them, my knowledge of wine is limited so I feel intimidated somewhat. However after ordering a magnum of champagne, he seemed to get off my back. I d highly recommend this restuarant and obviously book well in advance!
