They take advantage of the water supply service monopoly and force you to pay a bail, nothing cheap, that they do not give back to you while you live and use water!
In Customer Service you are asked if you agree as if they did not know that they have a monopoly on this service!
And they reassure you that they will refund your money when you cancel the contract! This is ... when you stop washing or drinking water!
Amazing!
Some scoundrels that have been privatized what is and was everyone's!
But no one messes with them if they charge benefits there.
