Heritage West Financial, Inc. is a decent company overall. The services they provide are average, nothing extraordinary. I've had a smooth experience working with them, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website design needs a revamp, and the response time could be quicker. It's not a bad option, but there are better financial institutions out there.
