Doesnt live up to the St Regis brand especially compared to other properties. Shower was impossible to get in and out, especially in such a small space. Looked like the chandelier was going to fall. Cleaning staff and valets were great, front desk not so great. They offered champagne at check in, but asking for sparkling water was mission impossible and finally was handed a plastic bottle without a glass. Wont be returning.
