The first machine I played on broke. I pushed the service button and waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to come. The person came hit the machine and hit it and told me I was good to keep playing. I played again and the machine went down. I hit the service button again and waited for about 7 minutes, no on came so I kept hitting the machyi finally got it to work and cashed out my voucher. Overall it was a bad experience and I will not be returning.
