Additionally, I felt that the agents I interacted with were not as knowledgeable or professional as I had hoped. However, I must mention that Prox-immo did help me find a suitable property within my budget and the transaction process was relatively smooth. Overall, I would rate Prox-immo as an average company. They have room for improvement when it comes to customer service, but they were able to deliver on their main service of finding a property.
