I recently had the opportunity to use a parking system from this company and I can say that it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their products and services. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. The parking equipment itself was functional, but there were a few glitches that needed to be addressed. The installation process was smooth, but the overall quality of the equipment could have been better. While I appreciate the company's efforts, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and product reliability.
