Don't apply for a job with this company, especially in collections, the managers (Miguel and Glenn) could care less about there employees.
They treat you like a number and not a human being, they sweep issues like sexual harassment and backpay under the rug. You have to take things straight to HR , because nothing will get done otherwise .
