I recently had some work done by Deckard Mechanical LLC, and I must say it was an average experience. The technicians were knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner, which was appreciated. However, I found the communication with the company to be lacking. There were some delays in getting a response to my inquiries, which made me feel like I wasn't a priority. Additionally, I thought the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other companies in the area. Overall, the quality of the work was satisfactory, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement. I would consider them again for future projects only if I don't find other more cost-effective options.
