I contacted a boat cover retailer s customer service, prior to placing a order for a replacement cover, to get information on a boat cover I had purchased from them 3+ years ago. The cover material was moldy and breaking down. The retailer contacted the manufacturer, Carver Industries, who after being provided with additional information, provided me with excellent service. I strongly recommend doing business with this company.
