As a customer, I found the services provided to be average in terms of quality and creativity. While the company did show some level of professionalism and offered a decent range of artwork options, I felt that there was a lack of personalized attention and communication. The consultants seemed knowledgeable but not overly enthusiastic or engaged in understanding my specific needs or vision for the art pieces. Additionally, the overall presentation and execution fell short of leaving a lasting impression. In my experience, it seemed that the company could benefit from enhancing their customer-centric approach and injecting more originality into their offerings. Overall, my interaction with the company was satisfactory, but there is certainly potential for improvement in their delivery and client relations.
