I had a mixed experience with New York City Transit. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were also several areas that could use improvement. One thing that stood out to me was the punctuality of their trains. Most of the time, the trains arrived on time, which was great. However, there were a few instances when the trains were delayed without any clear explanation. This was quite frustrating, especially during rush hour when time is of the essence. Additionally, the cleanliness of the stations could use some attention. Overall, I would rate New York City Transit as average.
