I have been a customer of Flexgroup Canada for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The products they offer are of decent quality and the prices are fair. However, I find their customer support to be lacking. Whenever I have reached out for assistance, it takes them quite a while to respond and sometimes I never receive a response at all. Overall, I would rate Flexgroup Canada as an average company.
