Flint installed the AV equipment in a home we purchased 3 years ago. Within our first year the grills of the outdoor speakers rusted. I called Flint and they replaced the grills. Sadly about 6 months ago I realized they rusted again. I have called Flint several times for replacements. I was told that they received two sets from the manufacturer but received the wrong items. Tired of waiting, I called the manufacturer s rep directly who informed me that he never heard from Flint. Upon further investigation Flint had not installed initially or replaced the grills with the correct product at all. As we live on the water, marine grade/weather resistant grills should have been utilized. Shame on Flint for their lack of knowledge and extremely poor customer service.
