They don't stand behind their customers and dont honor original contracts. They add overage fees when the contract said unlimited and expect you to pay them. But not to mention when I called to cancel after being with them for 10 years they didn't and still are trying to charge us for a service that was supposed to be disconnected a month ago. I advise everyone thinking about this company to be aware. And never agree to anything. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
