I had a terrible experience with Ticketsolve. The website was slow and the checkout process was confusing. The ticket prices were also higher than other platforms. It took a long time for me to receive my tickets, and when I finally did, they were incorrect. I had to go through a lengthy process to get the issue resolved. I would not recommend Ticketsolve to anyone.
