Brilliant every time, so many lovely staff ALL of them very obliging including Erin, Colin, Gary, Janine, plus fabulous service users that make it fun. Great crafting with some lovely volunteers who always make me feel happy, the soft play with slides and music, the sensory room perfect to chill out in, the outdoor areas nature, the views of the lake and the coffee machine area all of it simply amazing.
