I have been a customer of Omc records, llc for a few years now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the selection of music they offer is decent. However, their customer support could use some improvement. There have been multiple instances where I had to reach out to them for assistance and their response times were not the best. Overall, I would say they are an okay company.
