I purchased a Pacifica Hybrid van from this dealership this week and I honestly have to say this was the most transparent, no BS car transaction I've ever done at a new car dealership. Tyler Grant, my sales agent was very straightforward and there were no surprises. The pricing was great and the communication with Tyler was very good. Once I finished with Tyler, I was sent to Glen Ballew in finance to complete the transaction. The straight talk and no BS continued here. This confirms in my mind that these guys are straight shooters that will offer you a fair price and not try to tack on a bunch of dealer added options that are just dealer profit. I highly recommend this dealership! All 10's for this transaction!
