Natalie was a pleasure to work with and I give her 5 stars for dealing with the complications that the new system created. She walked me through everything perfectly. Changing the new technology before having the kinks worked out is tough on clients and the documents we were sent could have notified us of how to pay our bill. My rating was on the people I worked with, not the tech.
