I had ad material printed for my company. The brochures were printed in reverse (maybe just a communication error on my part), so we had them reprinted. I then asked for another set to be printed. All the while I had to ask 3 times for an invoice/statement of cost for these print orders over the course of 2 weeks. I had to ask 4 times for the status of the final print job, because the final order still has not been acknowledged.

The representative would only respond to one part of my email, rather than all questions included regarding cost and turnaround times. This process has severely delayed advertising, although we were told a much sooner turnaround time.

They are a joke and I'm not laughing.
