Too bad they are the only ones in Laval because I ...

Too bad they are the only ones in Laval because I would be doing business elsewhere. Why every time I have to get a part is a minimum of 1 to 2 hours or more to obtain a price, 1 hour to obtain availability and 1 hour of waiting on site to obtain the part. WHY?
