I tried to get on the app and put in my information. It tells me employee can't be found. I thought maybe the PIN number was wrong so I punched in can't remember PIN. It has me put in employee number and email. Still nothing. They aren't open to talk to anyone on the weekend so now I have to go into work in the morning to get it figured out. That's a lot of hassle for someone who just lost their mother.
