Im 14 years old and have been going to consoling for 3 years now. I really don't understand where all of these complaints are coming from. They have a strict no smoking indoors rule and a lot more to make it feel safe. My consoler is very kind and I depend on her a lot. The trick is just finding someone you like and can open up to, not hating on a whole company if you had one bad experience then stop coming .
