I have been a customer of Shipping Supply Plus, Inc. for quite some time now, and I must say that their service is really average. I have had both positive and negative experiences with them. There were times when my packages arrived on time and in good condition, but there were also instances when my items were delayed or damaged during transit. Their customer support is hit or miss, sometimes they are helpful and responsive, but other times they seem clueless. Overall, I would say they are just an average shipping company.
