1. They ask consultant to prepare resume with fake experience to show clients they have experienced consultant working for them.
2. They have no SAP S4 hana implementation or support projects.
3.Expect consultant to work on weekends without any extra benefits.
4. worst work culture and high unethical behaviour.
5. HR is mere spectator.
6.Long work hours,minimum pay
7. No travel allowance given to consultants.
8. Attrition is so high.
